Hello guys,i had injury on my wrist before this summer.Glass has cut my tendones and i had surgery.Thanks God operation went well and i recovered.Since that i am thinking about to start jiu jitsu trainings again.Before that i've been doing bodybuilding for two months and i have done really well.With wrist support i was okay but without it it hurts.But the thing is i can not use that on jiu jitsu because its thick and can cut my opponents.I am asking what can i wear as wrist support.I'm thinking about boxing wraps for now.Thank you
Why boxing wraps? Just ACE bandage or taping it up should be fine.
Also ensure you are doing your physical therapy, that is going to help out tremendously in recovering a full range of motion.
