Freight containers are storages purposely made for shipping. These freight containers are hard and strong enough to withstand shipment, good for storage of products, and high-level usage. Idea's for decorating a 50's theme party with Black corrugated paper?
I have to decorate a 50's theme party next weekend. We are on a budget for about 100 people. I already have centerpieces, balloons, and Music not cutouts but I also have a roll of Black corrugated paper. Any ideas on how i can use this into my theme? I thought about making large Records out of it somehow? It's a 4 foot tall by 25 foot wide roll. I figure i can use it somehow but i just need some ideas!
I think the record idea is perfect - I would suggest printing the labels - and song titles on card stock on the computer, you could use Word Art - that will allow you to have a curve to the labels - remembering the music is what its all about. Elvis ...........Houndog, Love Me Tender. Bill Haley and the Comets - Rock around the Clock, Buddy Holly - Peggy Sue, That'll be the day. I'm sure you have others from the music you will be playing - You could always make frames with the 50's artist pictures from left over black black paper to add to the walls.
Don't forget your chiffon scarf and saddle shoes! Have fun, I wish I were going.
