For example when you select California this info will also auto populate: > Population > Natural resources > Governor...I am intermediate at access...
in case your fields are located in ONE table then you could introduce a i.e combo box
containing all the states you have information about. In the after update event of the combo box you can update the i.e. record source of the form like this:
combo.setfocus
me.recordsource = "select * from YOURTABLENAME where state = '" + combo.text + "';"
You don't need to change anything else in case your general form data is derived from above query.
