For anyone that is currently any level management at Staples....I just went through a phone interview and was called in for a DM interview for a Sales Manager position. I feel the interview went well,t lasted about an hour, and I love the things I heard about the company. The District Manager told me he would be conducting interviews into the end of next week and my recruiter would be in touch. How long does it take normally for a recruiter to call you back after the interview? Should I be worried that I wasn't made an offer at that moment or is it standard procedure? Thanks in advance.
It is standard practise, not to give out a job at the interview, mainly because all appointments have to be vetted, and as you say, they had not finished all the interviews.
