Why can't the goverment improve water shortages like Singapore by recyling used water.?
What Singapore did was using recycle water to be used for toilets e'g like flushing. They even built the recycling plant and the water are safe to drink. Australia have many bright and intelligent people I'm sure if given the chance the ideas would be put to good use.
