I don't want to be a Realtor, but I have a question for one?
I do photography and staging photos for car dealers, apartments, condos etc.
I have ZERO interest in becoming a Real Estate agent, but I was wondering if there would be a way of an associate of some kind to obtain a Realtors key so I could take shots of properties for Realtors without the hassle of having to go w/ a Realtor and being rushed through the process.
I would love to take on the extra work, but with what I already do, I can't work on another persons schedule and squeeze a job in only when they can or they are at the property.
Are there different levels of licenses or classes, or any way to do this, like basic classes with finger printing and background checking etc?
I would like to be able to just go to these properties as needed and do the shots, but again, no interest in becoming an actual agent.

No, that would not be legal. You have to be accompanied by the agent hiring you.
There will not be much work in this, most agents use their iphones these days, some use cameras. It is rare to find one that is not online.
