Is this out of line? How will she react I wonder?
My fiance's brother's GF had sent me countless vile, threatening emails directly to my office email, from her work email. This has been ongoing. I have posted other questions with details to the issue. Today my boss said he had had enough and sent a certified letter to her HR department with copies of the emails demanding that they stop and threatening legal recourse. I work for a VERY small company and my boss is actually and old family friend. Though he is not in the office often (or hardly EVER!) he does get a little protective of his employees. I think her HR department will get the letter tomorrow. She works for a national company, I can't imagine her behavior (she emailed me telling me she hopes I loose my baby and wishes I never got pregnant) would be looked highly upon. Nor would the shear volume of correspondance she sends. Was this a bad move? My boss just got a little upset seeing me so upset and asked what was up.
