Samsung Media Event: Hands-on with the Media[Video Hub]
Along with Samsung Galaxy Tab , Sammy showed off the first time in his Media Hub service. The service will be available on all of Galaxys facilities, including telephones Galaxy Galaxy and S-Table on board so far: MTV, NBC, Paramount and WB. This is a good start, but what about the service itself. Is it enough to take on board the big names and the user experience does not appear? Picking up the tablet and clicking on the application to start, I was immediately disappointed by the presentation. I am a simple guy, but it was too simple. Granted, it still has some time to leave. Hopefully, Samsung moves the project a bit more. All home video there were a few tiles at the top, and three to the selection below. We Media, TV Store, and Movie Store this is it! Am assuming the tiles on the top were the featured films. Again, as simple in structure, but it looked like that was at night. As if what they did at the high school on a report with the book that had all summer to do. It was enough to go to, but not enough to get you the grade you wanted. Samsung is a step up.
TV Shows and loading was almost instantaneous. At the time I rotated to landscape mode, the film was already running. Quality was great, a 7-inch LCD screen give a clear vibrant colors. The other hand, was quite impressive, and the refresh rate does not leave any ghosts. No word what resolution video will be downloaded to. It was slightly smaller than the native screen resolution, however. I was able to expand the video to fit the screen nicely no complaints. Also, viewing videos and jumping from scene to scene was easy and Seemless. Unfortunately, there was no sound because the room was soo load. Tablets boasts two stereo speakers on the bottom of the device.
And thats really it, folks. There was too much content to actually go to the store or search. A nice feature that I want to mention is the ability to download those parts of the content they purchased four other devices Galaxy. You can have a total of five devices running their favorite episodes of SpongeBob. If it happens that a phone Galaxy and S-planned Tab function that can make you a happy camper.
Overall, it was not impressed. I have a feeling this is something that was thrown together overnight, or at least put in as well as after thoughts. Sammy, if you want to compete with the big boys in the area of digital downloads, will need to bring bigger guns.

How can I access my external hard drive through my TV?
I am looking for some kind of hardware (dvd player, ps3, media hub etc) to hook up to my TV and external hard drive so that I can view all my music/movie files on my TV.
Any suggestions?

I don’t think you can access TV direct into your hard drive, they are different. Just like you expect a Cow hatch from an Egg.
It does not work this way. It can work if you have a DVD recorder, which can link via USB to the hard drive.
