Magnetic Sponsoring is not a process of pushing your will upon someone to join your mlm business but one of creating pull or becoming attractive to your prospect. Attractive in the sense that you're providing so much value to your prospects business that they would be insane not to become a loyal fan of your work. You never want to push people into your business, you want to create an environment that removes all the obstacles and creates a step by step process of attracting or pulling someone or something to you. Let's go over the steps that will allow you to magnetically sponsor others so you and resolve you're mlm recruiting problems today!
1. Build Rapport With Targeted People
Always be yourself, don't be a phony! When talking to someone, focus on them, ask them where their from, what hobbies do they enjoy, where do they like to vacation? Find something in common with your prospect so they can be more comfortable with you and they can be more open to discussing their struggles with their network marketing business. Ask questions but this is key. You MUST BE LISTENING about your prospects problems. Do not Hard Sell them on a solution, not attractive! People like to do business with those they like, have things in common, sense genuineness and integrity.
2. Be A Solution Provider
When your prospecting whether it be on the phone or in person, are you genuinely trying to help resolve your prospects problem (e.g. lack of leads to talk to, various marketing strategies both free and paid, prospecting questions). People are attracted to solutions for the problems they have. Be good at identifying the problems in people's lives and be able to solve those problems by working with you and educating them on how to be successful in this business.
3. Provide Value Freely To Have Fans
Free value versus paid value. Teach people for free and the value your prospect will receive will be so tremendous that they will buy from you automatically. Teach people for free how to generate more traffic & they'll feel compelled to join your business automatically because you've given them so much value. So your prospect to get more value from you than they would get from a $497 course they paid some so called guru. Create a free ebook, video training or invite to a private webinar to help your prospect transform their business and in turn you will build such a strong rapport with your prospect, that the value is overwhelming to them. Your prospects will feel thankful for your knowledge and reciprocate by wanting to be a part of your team.
4. Apply For Membership
Remember the American Express slogan "Membership has its priviledges." Your prospects need to be aware that must apply to be a part of your mlm team. If you are wondering how people build a large team, they make it very exclusive. For example, an mlm leader may say "If you want to be part of our inner circle these are the things you have to do & if you don't do these things then you can't be a part of it. Have them fill out an application to be part of the team. Don't make everyone be a part of your team. Be selective of those you allow into your inner circle because you don't want to waste your energy training someone who doesn't BELIEVE they will be successful. The best mlm leaders don't have recruiting problems. Leaders educate and train their teams to be more successful than they are to build massive leadership and duplication.
5. Be "Unavailable" Sometimes
If you're available instantaneously for everyone, what incentive is there for people to buy things & join things if you're available to everybody for everything. How much money can you possibly make if you're helping everyone with their technical or how to questions. Of course don't be unreachable that you never pick up the phone. Help as much as you can but focus your energy on members that are part of your inner circle that are actively building their businesses to encourage and mentor their leadership skills.
6. Don't Care If They Join
You're a lead generating machine, building a huge list of interested prospects. You're attractive and magnetic. So…while exposing a lot of highly qualified people, don't care if they get involved – now, tomorrow or EVER. Again you always want to be in integrity so you don't chase people to join your business. You only want to work with those people who have the same vision, your team has which is to build a massive team and sustainable residual income. Be picky who you let into your inner circle

Is this true about magnetic particles and electrons?
I prefer physics graduates or scientists to answer this.
i want to know if the particles in a magnetic field are always fighting against centrifugual force because they are always going around and around from positive to negative in a magnet. also, do electrons have to fight centrifugal force because they are always going around the nucleus in a circle without ever stopping? does centrifugal force affect atomic particles or not? i know centrifigual force is not a "real" force, but does it exist on the atomic level also?
As you begin your study of physics, forget the idea of so-called centrifugal force. It's misleading and confusing. It's better to start with Newton's laws of motion to understand how mass responds to forces with acceleration. Before thinking about magnetic particles, think about charges in an electric field. Moving charges in a magnetic field add a big chunk of complexity. Electrons are attracted to the nucleus and held in orbit by the electric force. Yes, it's meaningful to view electrons orbiting the nucleus by the electric force as comparable to the moon orbiting earth by the gravitational force. Both orbits are stable because both forces are inverse square with distance. But you need quantum physics to understand the electron's orbit, and that's yet a whole new chunk of complexity.
