Nividia Geforce 450 GTS (low profile edition) compatible with the Dell Inspiorn 530s desktop computer?

I plan on upgrading my pc's graphic card and since my pc has a slim line tower, it can only take low profile cards with this one happens to be one. I know im gonna have to change my PSU but first I wanna make sure that this card is compatible.
It's compatible if you can find a way to power it.
Changing the psu is a problem, because all brand-name slimlines have proprietary power supplies- you can't install a standard ATX psu from Antec, Corsair, OCZ etc... they won't fit inside the case. Dell doesn't make any slimline psus stronger than 270W, and that card requires 400W.
I suspect you'll have to use a supplementary power supply like the FSP booster, which fits into an empty drive bay. That works in conjunction with your existing psu.
