How do you repair a deep cut in a laminator roll?
have a wide roller on a image 410 laminator and there is a cut that goes end to end. it shows up on anything in color that we laminate... is there any print shop profesionals that would know of a repair kit of sorts? we are hoping there is some type of skin or sleeve that could wrap around the roller, or perhaps some kind of high heat gel that would fill in the crack but still hold up at 220F
any help will be greatly apreciated, we are hoping to not have to replace the whole roll
