Margarito has a huge Mexican fan base and Dallas has one of the biggest Hispanic population in the United States. Metropolitan Dallas is the 4th largest population in the United States and is within only 3 hours away from Houston and San Antonio which both are also in the top 10 Largest cities in the US. All three Texan cities have very large Hispanic population.
Jerry Jones and Bob Arum have commented that the Hispanic crowd will be the biggest crowd to support Margarito. This only means that Margarito seems to have huge Hispanic fan base tha ceaselessly supports him despite of what he did just like Roy Jones Jr, Pernell Whitaker, Ricardo Mayorga, Shane Mosley, or James Toney who have used illegal drugs but still have a large fan following.

Manny Pacquiao brought 51,000 fans to Dallas and 700,000 PPV against Clottey, and if Margarito bring more than that., You can imagine how big it will be. It will be a huge success. There is a saying that blood is thicker than water and you can expect the hispanics supporting Margarito no matter what he did.
I will be more realistic by saying that the live gate will be in the vicinity of 75,000 and the PPV will be more than 1.25M buys. Of course there will be a lot of objection on this number but that is how I feel. Margarito was never rejected by the hispanics and Filipinos will always stand by Manny Pacquiao who ever is his opponent.
Credibility of this fight was being question by some who can not or doesn't want to understand that it is not Manny's fault why he is in this position. That is what we call barking the wrong tree. I hope that this fight will help us see the fight that we all want to have.
