How does the DS Suitcase on Animal Crossing: City Folk work?
I have tried everything. On Animal-Crossing.com/city-folk it says that i can bring bells and items with me from the DS to the Wii using DS suitcase but I do not understand. What I did was make a new character on the wii so nothing got erased on the way. Then I put 3 apples in my inventory to test it out. Next I went to the Town Gate and selected I Wanna Go Out and then selected Ds Suitcase. On the Ds Download play, i downloaded the Ds Suitcase option and it got to a menu where it says "Please close the DS is you're going somewhere. Press the A Button to display the menu." This is so confusing. Now it only displays 3 little grey circles where the apples are supposed to be and a menu that resembles the one on AC: Wild World. Did I do something wrong?
The DS suitcase is for people who want to move their City Folk character to a different town without losing their items. You use your DS to interact with your wii and your character will be stored into your DS until you import your character into the town your want to move to.
