I cant burn any files on my dvd disks, i tried all versions of nero 6 and above?
this is a rephrase of my other question.
i cant burn any data on my dvd disks,meaningi cant burn files such as jpg,avi, iso...etc.
when i try to to copy a dvd my nero takes the image from the original dvd normally, but when its time to burn that copy on the blank dvd it doesnt burn and shows a "burning" error message
my laptop is an Acer Aspire 6920G with a dvd drive 8x speed and the dvds im using are imation dvd+R 16x compatible
please help me
The DVD drive itself may be defective. Is it reading normally if you put in any CDs? Only the burning may be defective, clean the lens. If it doesn't solve the problem get it replaced.
