Dermastir sun protection has UV filters and ingredients that have the luxury of being protected by its exclusive packaging from the main factors that may reduce the activity of the ingredients.

OXYGEN oxidizes active ingredients and UV filters. The UV filters and the ingredients in Dermastir are protected from oxygen by the airless packaging and so the ingredients do not risk oxidation. The active ingredients and the UV filters in the Dermastir packaging are never in contact with oxygen.
HEAT thermally breaks down active ingredients and UV filters. Dermastir sun protection SPF50+ packaging consists of 3 jars nested into 1 creating a "thermos effect" because of the insulation between one jar and the other. This thermally protects the ingredients and the UV filters from heat. This Dermastir vacuum flask technology is very important since in summer the heat is on which means that sun protections stored in tubes became unstable when left in the heat. There is always a peak in sales of sun protection before and during the summer months although sun protections should be applied all the year round especially in the countries that are close to the equator.
LIGHT reduces the activity of ingredients and UV filters. The inner jar is metallic coated to reflect infrared; this apart from protecting the ingredients from the heat also protects the ingredients from light. This is very important since many sun protections are not photostable and the cream ends up turning yellow after being opened often.
BACTERIA contaminate the active ingredients and UV filters. The pump has an actuator in the middle that when pressed delivers the correct amount of ingredient without the need of putting one's finger in the cream that increases the risk of microbiological contamination.

Karnataka High Court on 10 Nov 09. They entered the Court Hall No.2 where the Chief Justice was hearing a case and told him to stop the proceedings. The CJ, adjourned the proceedings and left the place.
Then the protesting advocates entered Court Room No.3, where another Hon'ble Justice Mr.Gopala Gowda a case. When the advocates demanded to stop the proceedings, the Hon'ble Judge did not budge. The advocates started shouting slogans and statrted throwing papers and other materials in the Court Room.
To avoid further chaos, some advocates started singing National Anthem and in the din, nothing was heard and the Hon'ble Judge did not raise from the Chair for the National Anthem.
The advocates objected to this also and further chaos followed.

The stage was already set in Chennai by the legal fraternity and is finding its logical progress in other Court campuses..
When law makers at the legislature engage in violence against their colleagues in opposite camp, or disrespect the Chair, or violate the law that they themselves generate at the august Assembly / Parliament etc., we, the public - learned and otherwise - were idle spectators to the misconduct as if they were 'comedy' scene in a TV show. Now the cult is followed by the practitioners of law as well - as they had already become close to politicians!
When politicians challenged the court verdicts not palatable to them, the advocates did not protest and uphold the dignity of judges. A Minister in Tamilnad had the audacity to ask what rights the Judges had to question a govt elected by lakhs of people? The CM was in the dais, the media was in attendance.. Not a word of protest from these legal luninaries to the atrociously impertinent and arrogant remarks of the Minister and sue him..! What noble sentiments you expect from these Goons (Justic Krishna himself used such harsh appellations against the legal fraternity for their unlawful acts during the violence in Chennai HC).
I belong to a family from which many practiced law for three generations, but I felt ashamed and pained when legal professionals revealed their ugly side in Chennai. Many feared that the trend setters had actually won the game by securing a blatantly one sided verdict in their favour! By such verdict the century old tradition of Chennai HC as a premier institution for excellence in justice delivery, had suffered serious set back.
No wonder the cult of violence is spreading around.
