The Ivanko Super Gripper Review
If you want to get a stronger set of hands with a powerful grip, it’s going to be up to you to make it happen. There are a lot of tools out there to use and most of them will do the job well enough. What you need to do is decide which of these gripper tools would work best for you.
It would have to be tough enough to challenge you so you can get a good enough workout. With some hand grippers you can move up to the next stronger pair as it becomes too easy to use. Which ever you choose you need to take advantage of them and get stronger.
One hand gripper I would like to talk about is the “Ivanko Super Gripper” which is a little different than other grippers available. The benefit of using the super gripper is that it has two springs that can be moved so it gives the gripper over 50 different strength levels.
If you use one of the heavy duty hand grippers and are trying to get to the next level, the “Ivanko Super Grippers” come in handy to fill in the gap in your grip training and help push you to the next level. Although the Ivanko is a gripper, it closes different than the conventional style. This will allow for a different set of muscles to be exercised.
You can make smaller adjustments with the Ivanko which allows for more incremental advancement, which is not possible with standard grippers. Overall the “Ivanko Super Gripper” is a great addition to any ones grip training regardless of strength level and should give great results.

My hands are from tip of middle finger to bottom of palm is 6.7in girly hands 
I think my hand is small cu's i popping knuckles always.
Will my hands growth if i use hand gripper?
The bones of your hands and your feet will keep growing until you are about age 25. Popping knuckles shouldn't affect either the growth rate or the final size of your hands.
A hand-gripper won't affect the length of your bones, but the extra muscles may make your hands look stronger. It couldn't hurt, at least!
