I had Southern gas once send me a bill for zero , when I failed to pay they sent an engineer to cut me off, bit of a problem as I did not have gas installed, 2 weeks later they sent me a bill for having my none existent gas cut off. I told them I would not pay so they threatened me with court action. So i told them sue and be damned, I have been waiting now since 1970 and i still have not been to court, do you think there is a bottle neck somewhere?
