Medical syringe retracting system
This invention relates generally to medical syringe manufacturers and associated medical needle apparatus and methods and particularly to medical syringe manufacturers comprising integral retracting mechanisms for medical needles for retracting a needle from an extended position at which the needle is used to a retracted position where the needle is fully withdrawn and encased within a housing for safe disposal. Further, the invention is related to medical products which may only be selectively used either once or multiple times, but which are restricted from continued use thereafter to void cross contamination from one patient to another and to those medical products which have sterile parts inherently protected from contamination without need of additional protective packaging apparatus.
In another preferred embodiment, the apparatus permits attachment of a standard medical needle to be attached, such as by a luer-lock fitting immediately before the apparatus is used in a medical procedure. In two specific embodiments, the syringe manufacturers employs a normally-closed valve which is opened when the needle apparatus or needle is extended for use. The valve is likewise closed when the needle is retracted. The syringe manufacturers comprises geometry which permits absolutely safe recapping of the needle and subsequent reextension to permit a prefilled syringe manufacturers to be used for multiple injections without requiring a full dose to be administered before retracting the needle to safe containment. Even so, the needle is safely contained by retraction into the housing after each injection.
The syringe manufacturers is characterized by an elongated barrel which is closed on one end and a hollow plunger assembly which comprises the needle housing and houses the needle extension and retraction apparatus. The closed end of the barrel comprises a generally convex inner surface to facilitate expulsion of undesirable gases as is standard practice when preparing contents of a syringe manufacturers immediately prior to use. In a preferred embodiment, the closed end also comprises a closable and sealable access port through which the barrel may be prefilled.

What sort of things should I give to the homeless?
I was thinking of putting some essentials in bags or small boxes and giving them to homeless people I sometimes see around Chicago. I'm 14 so I have a limited budget. I was thinking of adding:
5 high cal protein bars
deodorant
4 disposable tooth brushes (the ones that you don't need water for or anything. Their called wisps or something I think)
$20 Walmart/CVS gift card
$15 Mc Donald's gift card
Sweatshirt
Retractable umbrella
socks
dry shampoo
A note that says "You are wonderful. You are beautiful. You are powerful, and you will get through any hardships."
Does this sound good? Anything else I should add?
That's really good, and I'm glad to hear that you want to help, but this is iffy because most (not all) are homeless because of addictions or they got kicked out of their families because the did something terrible to their family.
I like the survival kit. I would hand these out at shelters because people on the streets are less trustworthy of what they would do with the things you give them. But then again few people on the streets are nice and trustworthy and it is not their fault that they are homeless.
You have a really nice kit there. Wisps are a great addition but getting them a toothbrush and toothpaste is cheaper, healthier, and you can use them in public sinks like at restaurants. They also last longer unlike disposable ones. The wisps are not that waterless because I use them when go out to dinners, and you have to wash out the freshing bead.
You should get the large-sized sweatshirt, deodorant, umbrella, socks, and a comb, and dry shampoo from the dollar store. You should also get a pillow or small blanket at the dollar store. They will probably be doing a lot of camping. Also from the dollar store get some quick fixes like duct tape, rope, and maybe a sewing kit and a first aid kit. A map is a good idea, along with a mini phone book of the city. Also consider those five dollar go phones with a card. Make sure you activate them first under your name. Give them a few small cards not one big one. They can reload, and it won't stop working. Give them a note on the phone about activation and reloading and just the basics. A plastic tarp is optional, since you have an umbrella. Always get things that will last long. Get them something to do, maybe a crossword book or a magazine. The dollar store will be your best friend here.
You can also get 50 cent tote bags at Micheals that are sturdy and big to put the things in. The person can also reuse this.
I love the note idea. It will empower them and with that power they could maybe start getting a better life. Tell them what to do with all the items, where to refill waters and where they can email you for free. So on the back you should maybe list job opportunities at stores like Walmart, Mcdonalds, Pizza Hut, or maybe some janitor jobs at schools or around the city. Add an email address that they can contact you when they need someone to talk to. They can use public computers at libraries for free.
If you are considering making multiple bags, the cost could add up. Go to convenient stores and ask them to donate bottles of water and some energy bars in exchange for advertising or working at their store one or two days a week. Tell them its for a good cause. Raise money by doing chores around your neighborhood, holding a car wash, bake sale, lemonade stand, the possibilities are endless.
There should be more people like you and I am really proud of what you are doing.
Good luck!!
