Features of Brother Cartridges
Using original Brother toner and ink cartridges in Brother printers will guarantee optimum printing performance. Both the toner and ink provided in their cartridges and the actual cartridges themselves are being constantly developed by the specialists at Brother, so they are constantly upgrading an improving their branded goods. Specialist Ink and Cartridges
Brother inkjet printers use a 4-cartridge ink system that was developed by specialists Brother's research and development team. They tested over 100 different elements and formulations during their research.
The ink, and cartridges used by bother is scientifically tested. The cartridge design is calibrated for printing on paper making sure ink penetration is maximised while maintaining shape images and crisp edges.
Both the consistency of inks used by Bother and the viscosity of the ink is formulated to produce a steady flow and even distribution of ink. The formulation of the ink used in Brother cartridges and the timing of ink delivery has been designed to prevent clogging of print heads and to avoid any smearing of images. Brother's colour matching process, the programming used to convert colour images into colour prints, is designed specifically for Brother's ink formula.
Innobella Inks
Innobella Inks is Brother's own inkjet cartridge brand. Innobella original consumables use the inks created by Brother's research and development. Cartridge and ink have been designed to create a smaller ink droplet size, which provides users with clearly define, non-smeared images. The inks are vivid, and can also be bought in a fade resistant variety that is designed to hold its colour for years.
Laser Cartridges
Brother's own brand laser cartridges were designed in house, with each component of the cartridge of being in tested for the best compatibility, with other cartridge parts, printer functioning and with the toner it uses. They are designed with for maximum quality and reliability, not lowest cost.
Brother's chemically produced toner (CPT) may not be found in non-Brother brand toners. Non-branded cartridges cannot promise that their toner is designed to work exactly at the pre-set temperatures needed for the higher quality prints. The formulation of toners in Brother cartridges are matched exactly to the printers' heat generating capacities.
The shape, size and colour of toner particles affect how sharp laser printed images are. The toner used in Brother Cartridges is designed to provide the highest resolution, grey scale and block colour sharpness possible.
