Good (but cheap) makeup for a beginner?
I'm 14 years old and my mom is FINALLY letting me wear makeup. I'm in theater, so I already know pretty well how to apply make up. However, I'm just a teenager and I'm broke so I want good but cheap make up.
I know I'll definitely wear eyeliner, mascara, and eyeshadow, but if you have suggestions for other types of make up that would be great.
For eyeliner, I want this one type that is a pencil eyeliner, but it's in a tube (sort of like a crayola twistables crayon hahaha). But I don't what that's called, how much it costs, or what brand is good.
For mascara, I have full but short eyelashes. So I care more about mascara that will make them longer, not more volumous if you have any ideas for a good brand.
For eyeshadow, I want good brands. I was thinking basic colors for smoky eye, and then bright colors. So please tell me if you think that's good?

ELF.... elf is a good brand and each peice is 1 dollar they sell them at target and online i use all kinds but my favorite cheap good one is ELF
