Do you mean after the placebo pills? No, the 7 day rule only applies the first time, or if you miss a pill or take a longer break. It would be a stupid birth control if it took a week to work every month (and therefore wasn't effective 1/4 of the time.) So after the placebo break, you are covered straight away.
